Tequila Sunset sold for $1875 at Tohono Chul Park Gallery...

This is a moody piece with punches of saturated color. The rustic background is an homage to one of my many Colorado visits. Yes, South West Colorado looks a lot like Arizona. I envision this place on the line between Mountain and Desert.

Most of my clients prefer to have the pieces float mounted, which means that a simple support is made to fit the shape of the piece and then velcro is applied to the form. The piece is suspended off the wall with no visible supports from the front.

The other mounting method is a shadow box. This requires the piece be stretched on to a symmetrical angular frame. Most of my clients prefer the natural edge of the work to appear, because it is integral to the nature of the medium.
